This was a short single chapter story that I wrote for fun and to help improve my writing skills. A young man named Red travels to a new town for a fresh start. When he arrives he finds a help wanted ad looking for a live in assistant. Showing keen interest in the job he makes his way to the address which is the home of an eccentric scientist. Will he take the job?
